.450 Barrel from Match Grade Problem

Looking for advise. I purchased a .450 barrel or my Thompson center pro hunter from match grade. I topped it with a leupold and had a trigger job done on the gun. The gun has terrible inconsistency and accuracy. I've had the scope and mounts looked at. Shoots 5" groups at 100 yards, tried different ammo. Any ideas as to what the problem may be?
Thank you

How are you setting up the rifle? E.g., bench, sandbags, etc?

Have you shot other rifles at 100 yards? If so, what groups did you get?

Never owned one but, have you checked all screws (scope and action)
and made sure they are tight.

Turns out the bases on my scope had came loose. I had the scope mounted by a local gun smith and had him check it out a few weeks ago. It wasn't obvious at first but it sure is now. Thanks for the replies.
