Agree. Looks like firing pin is irregular, pin hole appears off center and nearly jagged rather than round, very poor machining and finish on the breech face. Things aren't going to get better by anything you can do in your loading process.that picture tells the story, terrible quality control as long as it doesn't pierce your primers live with it, If your gun was bought new I would consider a warranty repair, changing primers is not your solution.
your correct hodgdon uses rem 21/2lp notice as you increased your load of h-110 toward 26.9 this powder cleans up its only intended use is for full pressure loads no backing off with this powder my self 27 gr. was my load using 210sierra. leaving no air space in your case with bullet seated or mild compressionThanks. The load data I used came from Hodgdon and stated a Remington 2 1/2 Large pistol primer so used that
A case head swipe is a rotational mark on the base of the case. Your case below looks like the primer flow into the firing pin hole in the bolt face has rotated. If not that you have a etched bolt face from high pressure gas leakage from the primer. But they normally happen around the edge of the primer pocket and not on the primer.Sorry, forgive my ignorance but "swipe"?
