40x Date Help

Hey gang
I just bought a Remington 40X 22LR
I wondered if someone can help me decipher the barrel code and serial number so i can figure when it was built
Photo of barrel code attached it looks like W O L B the serial number is 245XXB
It is also marked
US
22 LONG RIFLE It is a Heavy barrel / 700 action

I really appreciate help from the 40x experts
I plan on shooting it in a Vintage class we have local ( scoped) and then in an Open Sight Class we have at another local club
It looks like the factory trigger which checked at about 1 lb 3 oz and felt pretty decent

I would say not a factory Barrel

It sure looks factory but who knows you could be right on. I will try and get pic of the proofs on the other side.
