Got the bulge buster today and started running the brass I tested at the range a few few days ago using 3 different guns. All was going through the buster just fine until I got to my buddies brass that was shot with a Glock 22 Gen3 with a stock barrel. Measured the brass before I tried running it through the buster and it measures .430" on the average. They will not go through the bulge buster at all! My other cases shot with a Kahr CM40 and a Glock 22 Gen2 with a KKM barrel measured on the average of .425 and they go through the buster just fine. My conclusion is that any brass that goes through a Glock stock barrel is going into the scrap can. I'll have to tell my buddy to buy a KKM barrel so I can reload his brass. ;D

Anyone here use the Bulge Buster have the same results?

Update: I tried something else by first running the Glock brass through the regular sizer die and then ran it through the Bulge Buster but mouth first and it went through it OK and resized the base of the brass. Only thing is that it will take an extra step to get those done and I would also have to either measure each piece of brass to know which ones need the special treatment. When doing a couple thousand loads, it's easier and faster I think to just not use the Glock brass at all.
