Our Shooters' Forum Has Topped 40,000 Members!!

That is a great milestone to achieve, and we want to thank all our members. An internet Forum is all about the membership. It is the people that make this Forum great. It is the shared knowledge, camaraderie, experience, and insights of our members that draw folks to this Forum.

We want to thank all of our Forum members, both the long-term stalwarts and the relative newcomers.

To celebrate this milestone, we'll be working on a CONTEST, probably to be conducted next month. We will have some pretty great prizes -- some of the most desirable equipment in the precision shooting and reloading world.

This has been a long time coming -- tens of thousands of hours have been worked by our team since we started up way back in 2004. I want to give special acknowledgement to Jay Christopherson, our Systems Admin. Jay supervises the software, hosting, and security systems that keep our Forum running. Special thanks go to the many "unsung heroes" who have helped the site over the years. Boyd Allen and EdLongrange have both provided hundreds of leads for our Daily Bulletin, and they deserve special mention. And we wouldn't be here without Joe Friedrich, a world-class marksman who has also provided a great place to test products. And I have to thank Jason Baney who really helped us get off the ground back in the beginning. And of course, we want to thank the many commercial sponsors who have supported us -- without them, you wouldn't be reading this.

Congratulations and thank you everyone. Site has taught me a lot and making me a better hand loader every moment I sit at the press. Still working on the marksmanship thing :)

You guys are definitely doing something right. Other long time forums are drying up, but you're still growing. This is a wonderful place to learn and grow marksmanship skills. I know I'll continue to subscribe!

I appreciate that. For those who don't know about the Daily Bulletin -- we really do release roughly 1000 articles per year -- normally three per day, 7 days a week, every day of the year. The Bulletin alone probably represents 2500+ hours per year of labor. Since its inception we have created 9254 stories.

We offer a lot of helpful reloading and accuracy tips. And any regular reader should easily save $100 or more per month with the deals/promos we locate.

FYI, the NRA print magazine might offer 10 articles per month, with a large team of editors and writers. We do 90 articles per month, 95% my labor.

I'm not real sure if I should be thanking you guy's or not. Since finding this site 2 years ago, I have dove head first down this rabbit hole that we call accurate shooting. In all seriousness, thanks for all of the work that you put in and to the members that have helped along the way.
