Oklahoma 4-man Mid-Range Team Championship July 11-12, 2020
Range Location: John Zink Ranch - 9 miles north of Sand Springs on State Hwy 97. Gate access begins at 07:00. Enter the gate code given to you by the Match Director and follow the signs to the range.
Daily Start Time: Sign in starts at 8am, shooting starts at 9am
Rules: Current NRA High Power Rifle Rules apply. Match will be shot on electronic targets with a 7 second delay (firing before the delay is completed will result in a miss marked on the score card). A shooting team member will be responsible for scoring another team.
Eligibility: Open to any individual
Advance entries are highly encouraged: Entries must be received by July 1st, 2020, walk on entries will be accepted provided they do not exceed the range capacity and will be assessed a $20 late fee per team.
Entry Fees: $280 per team and $160 for junior teams.
Entries: Teams will consist of up to 5 members (4 shooters, 1 coach/captain)
Entry Limit: 20 teams total (80 shooters)
Categories: F-Class: F-open and FTR
Targets: 600yd MR1FC
Cancellation Policy: All cancellations must be made through a cancellation email to jlaney284@gmail.com. All cancellations prior to June 30th, 2019 will receive a full refund. Cancellation of an individual shooter does not result in cancellation of said shooters team! If a team needs to cancel, all individuals on that team must be listed on cancellation email. Match staff will work with any team to the best of our capabilities to fill any open spots for any teams needing replacements.
AWARDS: Total aggregate awards will be given for Winning team(s) of both (FTR, Open) Match 6. $120 from each of the team’s entry fees will go back into the payout and plaques. Number of places paid out will depend on number of team entered in each class.
EMPTY CHAMBER INDICATOR (ECI): An approved NRA empty chamber indicator is required to be in your rifle except during the preparation period and while firing your relay.
CHALLENGE PERIOD: The challenge period ends 1⁄2 hour after results are posted. Challenge Fee: $2.00
SCORING: Each team will provide a scorer for the adjacent team to the right. (unless otherwise noted for specific match criteria) Provided scorer will be a firing member and can be rotated as needed. Signed score cards will be turned in by score keeper at the end of the match.
Ammunition: Ammunition will be furnished by the competitor. AP, Tracer and/or incendiary ammunition will not be permitted.
Firing will consist of a block time of 60 minutes for all 4 shooters (this time may be adjusted depending on the number of team entered).
