4" fore end legal on short range br?

hello again, just wondering if a 4" fore end is legal in short range benchrest competition? thanks in advance!! bryant

The for-end on a 100/200 Bench rifle has to 3 inches.

I believe 4 inch is legal in Ubr unlimited class but not the other classes.

There are NO stock restrictions in NBRSA Sporter class.
Only 10.5 # max. weight.

Light gun 17#. Heavy gun whatever you can carry.
Cherry pickers and chain hoists OK.
