2f, 2m last nite. Went out alone. Sat near ranches old bone pile and waited.
1st 1 came from south. No hurry, stopped broadside when I squeaked, thwaap, dropped at 126 yds.
2nd came from south, walked right in front of me at maybe 70yds, quick raise of gun on sticks, thwaaap drops near 2 track.
3rd spotted coming from west over hills, decided at a tad over 200yds to leave, a quick button to range it w scopes LRF, dot dropped a notch and thwwaaaap drops on spot.
As I stood to call it the nite there's a pair coming in on a quick walk up the 2 track from the north, glad I didn't get busted.
I see in my scope one is limping so I pick it as they stop, thwaaap, drops.
Its partner escaping through the grasses, rocks.
That last one had been shot in mouth at onetime, looked healed mostly, wondered how it ate w only a half mouth, but it was fat and big. What a survivor.
