3M Scotch-Weld

Has anybody used 3M Scotch-Weld, epoxy adhesive to bed their rifle? I have acquired 2 large pkgs and just hate to waste it. It mixed well, dries smooth, releases with grease or Pam, but appears to be a bit soft after 24 hours of cure. Not sure if it shrinks, couldn't tell. Anybody tried it????

Scotch weld is a great epoxy but in high humidity it cures real slow. It doesnt shrink and should be just slightly elastic when cured. It should work real good.

I used it to install pillars and bed a Savage. Used Kiwi shoe polish for the first time and everything went great. Best job I've done!
