Another good reason to load them backwards, lol.HBWC are, as K22 said, meant for target loads. Trying to push them too fast can tear the skirt off the bullet, leaving them in the chamber, or worse, further up in the barrel.
Trying to push them too fast is not a wise move. On the other hand, pushing them with the loads recommended in loading manuals (I never went to max loads recommended in the manuals, didn't feel the need) worked well with HBWCs loaded backwords for me, testing on wet newsprint. Fortunately, never had the need to test them on a human. And the ones stoked with loading manual loads and loaded as designed worked fine for target shooting too.
