The specimen above was made in South Africa by OPM. It has a shorter neck than the Quality Cartridge version.
Also known as the 375/338 Chatfield-Taylor or the 375/338 Belted Newton. It was developed by RF Chatfield-Taylor of .416 Taylor fame, another great wildcat calibre. This wildcatting thing can become very confusing:
  • The 375/338 Win Mag is based on the 338 Win Mag case necked up to .375
  • It is also known as the 375/338 Chatfield-Taylor
  • It is also known as the 375/338 Belted Newton
  • It is very similiar to the 375 Epstein, which is based on the 338 Win Mag case
  • It is also very similiar to the 375 Taylor, which is a 338 Win Mag necked up to .375, or a 458 Win Mag case necked down to .375
The following is from P.O. Ackley's "Handbook for Shooters and Reloaders", Volume One:
"The .375 Durham Magnum is the .338 Win Mag case necked up to .375 with a 35 degree shoulder angle to provide a very fine short .375 Mag cartridge with an overall length suitable for use in the standard actions. Ballistics are practically the same as the standard .375 H&H Mag. (This book was first published in 1962!)

I loaded the 270 grain Swift A-Frames over VVN-150 which filled the case but was just a pinch slower than Re-17.

FWIW, the latest version of QuickLoad includes the .375/338 Chatfield-Taylor. You can explore different bullets and powders to your heart's content. IMR-4451 would probably be a good powder for the heavier bullets in that caliber. QL shows, for instance, the Speer 285gr Grand Slam ahead of 70.27gr/IMR-4451 at 100% charge density, producing 2568 fps (24" barrel) and 57,580 psi, assuming a case capacity of just under 88 gr. That's a max load, of course, and you'd want to work up to it.

The current issue of Handloader Magazine (August 2021, #333) has an article on the .416 Taylor, the wildcat round Chatfield-Taylor was most known for.
