338×284 Reamer Specs

I have the barrel ordered, and the action finally arrived, now I need to order the reamer. I have done a little math and the bullets I am able to use without eating up powder space are, 160 TSX, 185TSX/XLT, Hornady 250 round nose, 215 Gameking, 250 Grand Slam, 180 Accubond, and 210 Partition. I am hoping the 210 Partitions will be my goto bullet for this rig, but they must be accurate enough, 1 1/4 Max groups. Magazine inside length is 2.990.

Help me speck a reamer, because I have absolutely no idea what I am doing.

I have used that Nosler 210 partition in a 338 06 for Elk. My custom Sako, Douglas barrel built in 1985 would shoot 1/2 inch 3 shot groups with 4064. Killed a 6x7 Elk in BC and he dropped in his tracks, never found the bullet, went thru the rib cage and lungs and heart at 150 yds, exited off side. Great bullet. I would seat the bullet even with the shoulder since the 284 neck is short, only .310 m/l, would give you the option of using the 225 Nosler also, similar earing surface, Nosler should be able to tell you the bearing surface their bullets and go from there. Good Luck, seems to be a good caliber for a short action for game in your area. I love that 338 06, can not be much difference from your 338x284.
