I know this is an older thread, but im getting 3054fps out of my 358 Norma with 250gr hornady's over a stiff load of IMR 4350.

GAD! I hope you have a good recoil system! {RAD 0r Limb Saver}
I can imagine the recoil factor on that portable cannon…
My 338 Federal with Hornady 200’s is about as much as I want or need in the field after retiring my 45-70.
I think the “More Power to You” is appropriate here.
Bears or African large game or just the joy of having a major calibre?

With a 24” barrel? That sounds extremely hot when norma factory ammo pushes 250 gr at 2756 fps.
