338 fedral

hi guys,I plan on reloading for my fathers kimber 84m chamberd in 338 fedral and i want to use a premium brass like lapua and was wondering if all you have to do is lube up the case mouth and expand it with a tapered expander.And after the neck gets opened up can i remove the expander ball in my neck size die.And what type of lube is best imperial size wax or dry graphite.

I am about to start loading for this one too-- I have found that the 308 brass has .011 neck wall once sized and the true .338 Fed brass has a .014 neck wall-- my guess is this will cgange the neck tension pretty good. Anyone ever deal with this?? problem or not??
