308 Win long range reamer

Call Dave Kiff He has givin me some excellent ideas and I always bounce my thoughts off him when ordering a reamer. He is a great source of information when it comes to this. You wont be steered the wrong way, with Dave as long as you have agood idea of what you want., tight neck or not, bullet type and weight, intended range and shooting style)

WTC '95 Palma reamer throated long for a 175gr SMK or 154gr Lapua. Should work well with most of the popular .308 bullets in common use on the firing line - shorter 155s like the SMK or Nosler will jump a little, they do that very well), the 175-190gr class should be just fine. The 'big' bullets like the 208-210+ may be a bit cramped, but they are kind of a specialty thing in and of their own right. If you're happy w/ the 155gr class, a straight WTC95 Palma chamber would probably work just fine - the newer high-BC 155s from Berger and Sierra are long bullets, close to a 175gr SMK) but have very short bearing surface - and thus do fine w/ a short throat.

Another one may be Bob Pitcairn's '308 Palma - 154gr Lapua' reamer... a good compromise of dimensions that is supposed to work well with a fair number of components, bullets, brass, etc.)
