With subsonics, start high and work back. Getting a bullet stuck in the barrel is no fun (personal experience). Also, with that bullet/ twist, check for stability without a suppressor first.

Probably unobtanium but the H 190 subsonic bullet is very accurate and designed to open up at those velocities.

Yeah I used the hornady 190s in my 300bo, neat bullet.

Not that this helps much, but I did some 308 Win Sub testing several years ago. Only thing that would be the same for you would be using Trail Boss. The rifle was a 20" and I was using 150gr 30-30 round nose bullets. 9.8gr of trail boss had me running at right around 1050fps.
The one thing I will say, is I do prefer Trail Boss when it comes to sub loads just because it fills more of the case then most powders. I'm sure you know that, but for anyone reading, this is important for reliable ignition. Need Blackout data? I got Blackout data in that bullet range! LOL

I’d run that bullet in a stability calculator to see if it will stabilize at 1000 FPS from a 1:10. I don’t know the length of the tip, but I’d bet your in the range of 1.1 for stability at 1000 fps. It’s gonna be wobbly
