308 win.168 Bthp What powder to use in this hot weather

Right now I am using Reloader 15 in my 308. It works alot better then varget for me in 90 degree weather. In the cold Varget worked the best. Im shooting 300 yards.
What other powders work well in the heat.
Bartlen 23 inch barrel 1-11 twist Templer action.
Now it shoots on the average of .58 moa at 300 yards

FWIW,
I have read on this forum of gents keeping their ammo in a cooler on really hot days.

A tip I recieved years ago was "Don't cook your cartridge" That means, when in the comp and firing multiple rounds, don't chamber your loaded cartridge on a hot chamber and wait several minutes to make the shot.
Wait til it's time to take the shot, chamber and fire.

Try some 8208....I have had real good luck in my 308 in all temperatures, with the 168 BTHP and the 168 Amax. It shoots .188 in the winter and .214 in the summer (90+).

just my .02

Good advice from necchi!

You must be talking about the new 8208XBR powder.
The one I used the most was good old IMR 4895 with great results.
where did you get staring loads with the new powder?. the hodgdons site is sparse
On that powders load data.

What about AR Comp from Alliant?

http://bulletin.accurateshooter.com/2011/03/new-ar-comp-powder-from-alliant-details-revealed/

Graf had it in stock the last time I looked, that is where I got mine although I havent had the chance to load any yet.

Next weekend when I get to the range I'll be shooting 43 grs of Imr 4895 behind a Hornady 168gr Amax.
Win brass
Win primer
Mag length 2.800 OAL
Stock Remington 700 P
Trigger tweaked by me...

I have been using h335 and blc-2 and now going to try rel15. I tried varget but dont get real super results and have used 4895 with ok results, but keep going back to the ball powders.I also would like to try 8208 but data isnt easy to find.
