.308 Match Reamer loads?

I am about to have ready my first new barrel and need to develop loads for the following;
.308 match with a .337 neck
.097 freebore
175 SMK's
Varget powder
I am replacing a factory Savage FP Barrel (SAMMI chamber). With this barrel, I was loading .022 jump and 45 grains of Varget. To develop a new load, should I start the ladder test with the same jump? The neck on the old chamber would measure .345 on the fired cases.
If anyone has a similar chamber, where would be a good place to start with the loads?

Are you going to be turning the necks, because on my Lapua loaded brass the neck OD is .3375 to .3385.
I used the 95 Palma reamer on my build.

Yes, I turn my necks to .013, so a loaded round is .334
