308 Lapua "Plama" brass

I have seen several comments concerning the Plama Lapua 308 brass.

Who is using this brass, and do you find an advantage using it?

I am shooting my F/TR custom throat-ed 308 using Lapua regular 308 brass.

I personally like the Blama RWS barss....and I think you have the same slydexic fingers i have!

Sorry could not resist ;)

Having shot both types for years I find the Palma small rifle primer cases do last longer - 15 firings with the Palma vs. 10 for the large primer version. Yes the loads a up there but with 155s one needs to stay supersonic at 1K. ES/SDs are a tad better with the Palma (2 pts?) but the idea was to make it easier to tune loads by using the smaller flash. I have used Fed. 210M, BR-4s, Wolf and Tula 5.56 and .223 and Rem. 71/2 primers with good results shooting coat/sling. Your F-TR needs may require more precision than my own.

I like them. No issues and brass was very consistent from factory. I run 200 hybrids up there and no problems. Pockets still tight. And this combo shoots well in my rifle
