308 -95 palma and 155 scenars?

Do any of you shoot with the 95 Palma chamber? At what length do you seat the 155 scenars? I am having to seat at 2.7" to keep them out of the lands and there is no way I could ever stuff 46gr of Varget or 4895 in the case. I can hear crunching at 44gr and it pushes the bullet back out to 2.725".

Sounds like your chamber is even shorter than one of mine... a WTC95 chamber, throated for 155gr SMKs... Seated 20 thou off the lands, they measure 2.790". 154gr Scenars are pretty much a no-go unless you get your chamber throated out a bit longer, as they are even longer than 175gr SMKs.

The Problem is, I am doubting that the smith actually used a 95 Palma. Even then I think I need to give it a .140 leade.
