300WSM load data needed

New to the cartridge and looking for somewhere to start load development for benchrest. Plan on using 195-200gr bullets, H4350. Primers on hand are 210M/BR2 and some 250’s.

I usually start at 60grns h4350 and work up. Usually you can find something between 60.5 and 61.5 with a 215. That's with a 210m primer. You may have to go higher with a 200grn bullet depending on the velocity you looking to achieve.

From what I can find 2875-2925 is the sweet spot for 200ish bullets. New territory for me so appreciate the info

Charles Greer did pretty well with RL23 and Berger 220's, im pretty sure somebody has a starting point with that combo.

I actually searched 300wsm and sat down with a notebook and wrote down everything I felt that pertained to what I’m after, specifically H4350 and 195-205 class bullets for benchrest as stated in my post. I did not find as much up to date information as I had hoped for so I thought I’d ask. I have had many people on this forum be kind and helpful and I’m greatly appreciative. I don’t however need someone to make snide comments about my ability to search the subject. As for your like of RL23 if you would’ve read my post you would’ve seen that I specifically asked for H4350 so ….

I am no BR guy but 59.4 gr of H4350 and a 210 VLD works wonders in my 20" barrel. Velocity was 2750 but with a grown up barrel it would give 100 fps more. I always jerk one when I have a tiny group going.. I fired six shots because I ducked the one..lol.. this was 100 yards of course.

If you're intent on going the H4350 route, yeah, start mid 59s and work up slowly. If you have access to RL23, that's arguably a better choice.
