What are the specs on a m13?

the navy SEAL sniper rifle began wiht simple parts but evolved to a full blown custom rifle designed to be shot in the dirt, not a bench. there are several variations.in the middle or so it became a mcmillian a2 stock, a stiller ml13 action( a 300 with LOOSER tolerances) reworked 700 triggers,lija 26-26.5" mk 13 bbl( 3 tapers offered) a NAVY chamber from ptg in 300 win mag..sort of,with a nightforce 5.5-22x-56 scope.
the original mil ammo is the 190 smk, but the current load is mk248 mod 1(190 is mod 0).
a federal case,nickle mag lr primer,smk220 bullet and enough h1000 powder to make velocity(2800 from a 24" bb and 2850 from a 26" mk13) loaded to a COAL of 3.5
bullet choice is a limiting factor but the mil considers the 190 a 1200 yd load and the 220 a 1500 yard load. they are limited to usa powders, i aint.
when i swithced from the 248 load to berger 230's and rl23 i had consistant hits just past one mile and hits at 2000. vel is 2913.
some notes of concern, the mk248mod0 is the 190 at 3.34, the 220 mod1 is 3.5xx and my 230 load is 3.7...both fit the mk13 chamber...dont try this at home. lots of stuck bolts when people tried the basic load in non mk13 chambers

they use accuracy international mag
the mk248 mod 1 ammo is 3.500 plus or minus 50(220smk)
fit the mag
but i perfer accuracy over magazines i strictly shoot berger 230's at 3.7 with rl23
ptg sells the mk 13 reamer as the "navy reamer"..i think
