Hi all I read this quote on an other thread is this correct or is this ment for hot climates ?

I've also found that standard large rifle primers produce better groups and lower SD than mag primers in 300 Win Mag, systematically, for a variety of powders.

This may be true for the loads that individual worked up. The only way to know what it will doin your rifle is try it. I would not think this was meant for hotter temperatures only.
