300 win mag for elk help !

In 30 cal magnums I always used the 200 gr AB. Great performance on a number of elk for me.

180 Accubond and 80.0 of H-1000. in a .300 Winch, Kills Elk out to 600 yds. maybe farther. will kill a deer at 635 yds.
Vel around 3000 fps. 26" barrel

If anyone has a good load for a factory 300 win mag with a bullet suitable for elk can you let me know?
I’m trying to tune up a friends rifle for elk hunt, I have been trying 180gr Sierra gamechangers and I can’t get anything under 3/4 inch at best at 100. What’s a good 180gr bullet that’s easy to tune for elk?

another vote for berger 185 classic hunter bullets. they shoot great and drop elk great.

I'm headed to Wyoming with an elk tag, have a friend going with. His first rifle elk hunt, he won a Savage high country and decided on the 300wm caliber. That rifle likes the 200 gr accubond.
