.300 Win.Mag. and New Hornady ELD-X....help me pick the right one....

I saw these bullets are available in 178 – 200 – 212 - 220 grains for the .30 cal.

How well do you think they stabilize in a 26” barrel - 1 in 11” twist rate .300 Win.Mag. ?

I know the 178’s and probably the 200’s will have no problems, but what about the heavier weights (212-220) ?
I'd really like to go for the 212, but I'm not sure whether it'll stabilize well enough...

I need to pick a bullet for long range hunting and would like to give these ones a try.

Thank you for your input.
