.300 RUM 110 v-max

Ive got 110gr v-max to shoot 0.18" groups with 106gr of vv 560 at 100m through a 1:10 twist sendero not sure what velocity there hurtling out of the barrel but does anyone have any idea if they will hold up out to futher ranges as i havent had chance to try them past 100m

I've heard that bullet is good to 800+ out of the 300 "Varmiter" shot at 4000fps., I'd step up to the 125gr Ballistic tips and see how they shoot.

We were able to get the 125 Ballistic tips to 4000+ out of a 300RUM with a 1-14, 28" long barrel and 105'ish grains of
VV-165, so with the added powder your using and its faster burn rate, I'm sure that your well above 4K with that load, it should be lazer flat to 500yds.

I would take any factory rifle, that shoots consistant .18" groups, to the Super Shoot.

Tried the 100gr at the range on the weekend at 600yds and a few didnt make it just a puff 30yds out the ones that did make it were incredibly accurate all inside a 3 inch group will have to try the 125gr noslers should have a chrono in a few weeks so will post the results
