30 SECONDS EARLIER I WOULD HAVE MY VARGET !

So went to Cabelas today to look and see if they have any Berger 155 or 175 vlds' that if been looking for since December , and you guessed it , they had some Varget in stock . Semmed they got 20-30 1 pound container's in sometime this weekend. Gave up looking for it last month. So after I looked for the Bergers in that row , I saw a guy walk right past me with varget in his arms. He was just in the same isle as me 30 seconds ago I said to myself.
OMG !!!!!!!!!!! ERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AS I KICKED MYSELF IN THE FACE .

If I only kept walking down the isle and around to the powder row , I would be loading right know instead of typing this out.

I saw the same thing at Bass Pro this past weekend except with another popular powder. It was 1:30 pm on a Saturday and went in to look at something else and walked down to check how bare the shelves were and there sat 2 jugs of powder. And I thought about it and walked off. Came back 30 sec later and a guy had one in his hand. He walked off and came back and was looking at dies. And didn't find what he was looking for I don't guess. Then he looked at bullets and guess he didn't find what he was looking for. Then he put the one jug back. And as soon as he walked off I got both of them and walked away. At checkout we looked over and he now had some other powder that wasn't even close to what he HAD that I snatched up. So I think he just got some to say he got some.


I told my FIL I bet most people have given up looking for components so if you are in the right place at the right minute you may be able to pick some up

The line builds every morning at Bass Pro in Myrtle Beach before opening hours for reloading supplies and ammo. The night stock gets cleaned out.
