30 BR type question

Ive been contemplating building a 30 BR for something new to play with..

My question is why not a 30 BR improved
has anybody tried this?? I'm looking to shoot some score
& 600 yard matches and i do believe this might work for both..

Or maybe even a 30 Dasher

People have been playing with the 308 and BR cases for years.
I used to shoot a '30 Doggie',308 - .200') in the IBS Hunter class. Another shooter shot a 308 - .100' with a 30 degree shoulder,sound familiar?). Long and short of it all is, there has been plenty of experimenting with these cases, and it looks like the 30 BR and the 30x47 have risen to the top, when the right twist and velocities are utilized.

I'm not sure what a 30x47 is does anybody have a picture of it.
Is it made with the 308 Win or BR case and what kind of velocity should one expect ?

LAPUA 'cloned' the 30x47 HBR,well, almost - the Lapua case is a little short of a true 47 mm), necked it down to 6.5 mm,.264) and called it 6.5x47 LAPUA. RG
