Update on h4198. It shoots. Shot 3 - 5 shot groups in windy conditions 10 to 18 mph.
All three measures right at .25 to .26 of an inch. The kicker I was using my homemade 111.6 grain bullets. 3040 fps 66 degree 90 percent humidity. Room for more powder.
Now will shoot some lt30 To compare.
