30-BR & Lapua 100gr bullet load info

I built a pistol in 30-BR based on the Savage Target action. I want to use the Lapua 100Gr bullet; this bullet completely fills the neck down to the shoulder. My problem is capacity – the most H4128 I can get into the case with this bullet is 28.7gr. Has anyone used this bullet?
Thanks

The bullet is soft seated against the lands, I picked this bullet because of the barring surface; this is a pistol with just 12” of rifling (1:17-5C) and a 2.5” muzzle break. The bullet is basically a jacketed wad cutter. I plan to use it for IHMSA half-scale matches.

I think I may start with 4198 to see how things go but any guidance is welcome. I was considering N-110 along with 4227 as options. Any suggestions for 4227 starting loads? I’ve searched for N-110 and 4227 data but haven’t been able to find anything.

I had a chance to shoot it with open sights for the first time last Saturday in a match at Lincolnton. It was what I wanted – not one click adjustment up or down from the chickens to the rams and it took over every ram with the 100gr bullet over 32gr of H4198 (slight compression with this bullet). I held on the leg of the chickens and center for everything else. I had a little trouble with my loads and need to pay more attention to neck turning but I’m a happy camper.

If in the future you want to tinker with a different powder try a pound of AA 1680. Should be just right for what your doing.

Fwiw, unless your chickens and rams are equivalent to .062 moa, my prior post means little. The 100 gr. Lapuas certainly can shoot minutes of chicken, just not good enough to be br competitive in any barrel I've hired ever seen , in br ....apples and oranges....sorry.
