30 br brass outta Alpha?

Seems for some reason I haven't ran across this. Its probably just me. But how many of you all have made 30br brass outta alpha 6br.?
If so, do you still use it? Had any any major draw backs or anything?

i have been doing more and more of it. I have asked for feedback on it, and the only person I have heard back from has only 2 firings on the brass. Said everything seems fine.
I am wondering about the 6th, 7th, and 15th firings.

Not just number of firings but does it have the same case capacity as Lapua or reduced like Peterson ?

That right ther must be the reason why folks don't use alpha 30br brass.Its got to be. The stuff is about a grain less capacity than Lapua. Iv been using the 6br brass for 6br getting better results with it than the Lapua for short range stuff. This might be why as well.

I don't think it does. Iv shot all my best scores with the stuff.

The only reason I haven't tried Alpha brass 6br, neck size up to 30 br is the flash hole.
Right now with Lapua 6br. to 30br Im drilling the dot. last match 23x 250.
Maybe that will change, now Alpha is making 6ppc brass with the small flash hole.
