30-06 Lapua brass necked to 25-06??

Anybody know what a loaded round would measure on the neck or what the reamer would need to be to run no turn brass with Lapua 30-06 necked to 25-06

I do not but when I neck 30/06 lapua down to 6.5-06 and don't turn I'm at .293 or so on my loaded necks. Neck wall thickness at that point is .0155 to .016. I turn to .014 or just a shade under to get .291 loaded diameter to get proper neck clearance In my chamber. You'll likely be at .286-287 loaded the way those necks thicken as you size down. You may even reach .288. Just a guesstimate.
