Go to Amazon. They have numerous Swiss/Arca Clamps. Buy 2 of them and mount in the 4" on center holes that Chris has in the plate. I have a similar ones that I made for myself in 3"and 5" widths. They work great.

sorry for the slow response, I’m not on here as much as I would like. There not designed specifically for arca rails but I’m sure it could be adapted fairly easily.
