My current lot of unfired Lapua 6.5-284 (expanded) runs right at .312 cleaned up with a seated 180 hybrid.
I haven't been able to shoot it yet, but I'm assured by others that shoot the combination, a .220 freebore works well.

If you don't want to turn necks, most recommend a reamer with .317 for the neck and .200 to .220 for freebore using the 180 hybrid. My new lapua 6.5x284 brass loaded also yields .312-.313 at the neck.
If you are gonna turn, you are better off just getting a reamer with .313 neck. I run a .313 neck and run my loaded rounds at .310 (.003 clearance) and have also tried turning necks to get my loaded rounds with a .005 clearance. My setup worked better with less clearance.
