Who has the best price on .284 Winny brass?

I would be looking for the place that has a couple boxs of .284 win. It seems to be made seasonly and most stores seem to be out of stock most of the time.

graf's and midway when have it, will be at a reasonable price.

Last time I saw Powder Valley had it in stock was a year ago. I went ahead and bought Lapua 6.5x284 brass.

I just went through this. Its "VERY" hard to find. I would jump on Dales brass in his add. I bought mine from him and I thought he had sold it all. Its very good consistant brass.

Thanks for all the input guys. I had no idea it was going to be such a pain in the butt getting brass. I guess I need to go see if dale still has that. I'm starting to think the 280 A.I. would have been a better way to go.

You can but you will have to neck turn it.

Lapua 6.5-284 brass necked up to 7mm.
Head space new = -0.0005”, fired = +0.0005”
Rear Base dia. New = 0.4975”, fired = 0.4985”
Neck dia. New = 0.3115”, loaded = 0.3125”, fired = 0.3130”

Does require neck turning about 0.0045”

The necks were turned so the loaded round neck diameter is 0.308”
The cases are resized to 0.306” giving a neck tension of 0.002”
Resizing bushing used is 307
Brass average weight is 195.8 gr.
