.284 Win Freebore for 180 Scenar L's

A .280 will work fine for the 180 Scenars. You can use the 180 VLD well, the 195 if your rifle will shoot them and the 180 Hybrids. But remember, that long of a freebore will limit the use of bullets other than the Scenar because as your throat wears, you chase the lands. You may find that you run out of bearing surface before your barrel wears out>>>but you will always be able to use the Scenar.
