.284 162gr BTHP and A-Max load data?

Anyone shooting both of these notice any major differences between the two? Also looking for where they like to be seated and a good starting load with H4350?

Quinc, that is a good question, I' like to know also. I may just find some, buy them, and test them.

2,950 fps. is how fast I used to push them out of a .284 Winchester using N550 and a 30" barrel. I don't remember where I had them in relation to the lands, but I know I was jumping them slightly.

The BTHP shot better than the AMAX.

I have a 284 shooting 162AMAXs and I am using 52.5grs of H4350 and I am pushing mine right around the 2950fps range and its is very accurate. My son in laws 284 and my sons 284 all like the same exact load. I tried other powders but the H4350 seemed to shoot the best in ours. The 284s seem to shoot about anything pretty well. My gun likes the bullet about .010 off and my son in laws likes around .030 off. From what I can tell and have read they seem to shoot the best off from .040 off to right at the lands depending on the rifle. Hope this helps.

Exactly what I am looking for. Thanks!
