270 VJ?

I picked up an old Remy action in this caliber and was gonna do a rebarrel. But the ole cat gave me a set of dies and some brass for it so figured I would chronograph it see if maybe it would be a great turkey gun.

I was looking for any data anyone might have for this nifty little round,

Its a 222 Rem Mag necked up for a 270 bullet, I figure it ought to push a 90gr bullet around 2800 or so but would like to have some data to start off of before I go to the range and start chronographing.

That's VJ for Vern Juenke, the maker of the bullet spinner who came up with a number of cartridges for use in handgun silhouette years ago.
