.262 nk 6br

I havn't fired the gun and already tired of turning necks. The Lapua brass is very straight and round with very few out of 100 that even needed any turning at all.

Will this brass last long with the necks this thin?

One other thing I wanted to run by ya'll. Is it normal for the OAL of the case to grow from nk turning? I have noticed that by the time I get them to .258 they have grown .010 to .012 longer. And what OAL are you trimming cases to?

Thanks

I hear that!!

Yes - there is nothing to wear out on them - and because of the close fit, they will not crack from overworking - you might want to anneal thenm every 20 or 30 loadings.

It is normal. because part of the motion of turning or the equivalent of rolling.

0.01" to 0.015" shorter than the chamber to the step - I measured that with the Sinclair tool.

Catshooter,

Thanks for all the patience and help! I know I've asked a lot of questions. This is my first venture into this type of cartridge. I have been reloading a few years and thats what has gotten me here, wanting more.

Its good to know that the cases will last a long time with all that work you have to do. I'm sure it will pay off and as soon as I get to shooting some small groups I'll be forgot about all that hard work!:D
