.260 rem load using 123 amaxs

Hey forum,
need some suggestions, i am going to shoot some 123 amaxs out of turned LC.308to 6.5 brass, out of 30" 1:8 twist tube+rem 700 action the powders i have are IMR4064, varget, IMR4350,tac, IMR4320. i am hoping that 41.5 gr of IMR4350 is a good place to start. all comments welcome, these are the only powders available to me. i do have a "short chamber".
thanks for the time..quicload help would be appreciated too!
cheers,
doc

I would say the IMR 4350 load is the best place to start given my experience with two different 260's. I got up to 44 grains with excellent accuracy and fairly mild pressure.

thanks tim for the input.. i have a feeling from several folks that whatever 4350 (IMR-H-or AA) that node is the place to start, or faster. if i was 6.5x284 it would be no brainer with h4350 or IMR4831. given the short chamber and thick brass i am gonna prob start with 42gr od IMR 4350. tahnk again.
cheers,
doc
