260 Rem Ladder test- Help understanding results

Arbor or hand presses are available from Sinclair and other similar suppliers. May even find one on line, i.e. Ebay, etc. Not a major deal.

I have both custom reamed Wilson seaters and Bonanza Benchrest seaters (non micrometer) and think the performance between these two types of seating dies are pretty close. Both are superior to conventional dies. I check for concentricity and try to correct run out the best I can. Runout with these two type seaters doesn't seem to be a problem. Although I still check, loads made by these don't need much "fixing".

I use the RCBS micrometer seater for my F class 260. It is very consistent for me. Im loading 142 SMK with 44.5 gr. 4350, BR2 primer, Win 243 brass necked up. Seating to the lands. No pressure problems until temps reach over 90. Then its only slight bolt lift increase. The RCBS FL bushing die is questionable though. It doesnt resize the way that it should. I read an article in the tech area here commenting on this situation.
