Going to order a 260AI reamer need suggestions on free bore. The action will be a Borden Rem Rock SSR with Wyatt magazine box. Length of box ID is 2.995'' . The bullet I plan on shooting most will be the Berger 140 gr. VLD. Thanks for any advice Chuck

Call your reamer manufacturer, they’ll have a bit of advice for you. If not, call another place.

I have a .140" freebore and load the 140VLDT at 2.987 COAL seated 0.010" off the lands.

I am using a 220 freebore with 150 SMKs.

I should note that I had my COAL incorrect in my previous post, 2.997 is my length to touching the lands, I load at -0.010 for the 140VLD Target.
