2500 xr mag well

That might be a real tough one.... Have you tried Stiller/PQP..?
I would try Stiller Actions, as that is who produces the 2500XR. The 2500XR has not been a Stiller/Holeshot product for some time. It was never a PQP product. Jerry sold off that action with the centerfire action part of the business several years ago. Jerry may have some parts???? IDK

And , if Westex can’t help or Killough look up stiller actions , bought out and still being made , they are in shiner Texas maybe with plans to com out with a rimfire , it might use the same mag well as the old action and they might be able to help you . They have been over a year and still haven’t released the rimfire yet though .

Sir, Westex has nothing to do with the rimfire part of the business. Dan Killough, PQP, owns that business and operates out of Jerry's building as does, Randy Owen, Rotex.

I'm passing on the other 700 pattern actions on the hope that Stiller does come out with a new wrinkle on the repeater. I'll keep my 2500XR until that happens...

thanks For the help guys an I did talk to the people at Stiller an they pointed me to Jerry an Killough hopefully they will get back to me soon.

told me there discontinued but Jerry may have parts an maybe there will be something in the works not sure

Wow , so the new stiller actions says their discontinued ? 2022 they were working on it ,early/mid 2023 they told me they still had to work out the feeding bugs ,

For what it's worth if anyone is looking for an an older Stiller 2500 XR action Euro Optic in PA still has them listed. I bought last spring. They are listed for $999.99 They come with mag well and mag, bolt tool and rail.

Those must be the left-overs from the "Ultimate Trainer" they were working to bring to market back in 2016. I saw their online ad for those rifles back then, and after choking on the price ($4k+ IIRC), decided to order a 2500XR action direct from Stiller and build a rifle myself. Had the action a week or two after placing the order, and was fortunate enough to find an extra T4A stock that Manners had made for Euro Optic's project. The action came with a stamped stainless mag chute & one stainless 10rd Savage mag. The Manners stock's bottom inlet was done for a custom Seekins DBM which was unobtanium, so I had to buy a short action Seekins DBM that was made to fit AICS mags, and mill down the top portion of it to fit the inlet in the Manners stock. It all worked out nicely, but was awkward to make quick mag changes because the mag chute was up out of sight in the DBM. I had a Krieger 22RF bbl blank in sendero contour, along with an 'Ultimate EPS' reamer from PTG, and this was my first 22RF bbl. The action had good function, with no feeding or ejection issues, and I was pleased with the accuracy.

I sold my Stiller 2500XR-based repeater after having Jonathan Elrod convert a beat-up CMP 40X action into a repeater using V22 magazines. Quick reloads with those mags were much easier to accomplish than with the Stiller, and even though I eventually bought several Vudoo repeaters, I've still got a 40XB that Jonathan converted for me.

Guys may want to reach out to Jonathon for a potential conversion on the 2500's to repeaters. He seems to be doing some really fine work.
I was talking with him and that came up.
FWIW I highly doubt Stiller will run any more, they were mostly done for IR 50/50 sporter class which has zero requirement to feed, and the last inventory hanging around, I believe, got converted back to SS to sell them off.

Are you thinking of the XS Tim? I don’t think the XR’s ever had the option to add the SS plate.

Possible, Jonathan simply mention SS plate was tabbed up to get them sold as SS.
Only thing I remember is he had a few repeaters unsold.
I came to converse with him because he has been talking a fair bit with Gordon.....pretty interesting guy, got a lot on the ball.
