243AI & VV N165 loads?

Got fed up waiting for the 6-6.5x47 to arrive so went with a 243AI, I have VV N165 and would like some info on how much to use. Barrel is a .236" Krieger 30" 1:8 to use 105gn Lapua Scenar,s for F class. All comments and suggestions appreciated

42,
I started testing N-165 in a new .243 with 105's last week. I will keep you posted on the project.

Waiting is a bitch, I know, I've been waiting eight months for an action.

Keep us posted on your load development

Thanks guys. Loaded 3 cases with 30gn 2208, one neck split bigtime. Stopped there. Then got VV N165 fireformed 97 cases with 43gn,all perfect. This is with 105gn Lapua Scenar,s, shooting at NRAA 500yds target only 2 of them was outside the V bull, hard into the lands. Speed was only 2740fps, but super good. Fired two reloads with 45gn N165, speed was 2920/2932fps, was as far as could go as the light was gone. Playing with the powder/scales it seems that 50gn of N165 could go in the formed cases. This a case/ volume check and in no way a load.
I,m hoping to find a node around 3100/3200fps as this is a switch barrel rifle to 6mmBR to use at the longer ranges.
I,ll post next workup.

Loads from 45.5-49gn. VV N165 in 0.3gn increments
Low 45.5=2950fps
High49=3190fps
tightest group
47.7gn @ 3100fps.
All loads with 105gn. Lapua Scenar,s, .010" jam.
