243AI switch barrel 'benchrest type'

Hello fellow 243Ackley shooters
My bullet choice would be the 105 Scenars unless someone has a better choice?
What twist would you recommend ? Was considering a 1:9
What barrel length is recommended ? Was considering 30"
PacNor and Lilja companies ship readily to Canada but many other barrel companies won't ship.

The Lapua 105gr. Scenar bullets are very good. I would go to an 8" twist barrel for bullets of this weight, and design. If you are planning to use this rig out to 1,000 yards, or further, you could easily go to either a 28" to 30" barrel without to much trouble.

Why not get a canadian made tube. My smith consideres a Mclennan barrel equal to anything made in the states. no import issues.
