243 Win Loads for 105 A-Max

Hello,

I am looking for some loads for the 105 A-Max bullets. They are coming out of a Remington 700 VLS, I know that it probably is not the best suited rifle for that bullet, but I want to give them a good go.

I had good luck with 43.8 grains of H4831sc in a 1 in 8'' twist 243 seated .008 of the lands. You will want to start lower and work your way up.

I was using 44gr 3100,similar to 4831) in mine.

My Savage loves 37.5gr H4350 seated at the lands. Shoots this load in the .2-.3.

43 grains of Hybrid100V. 3260 fps at 4895 asl

excellent load. 105 Moly Amax. back off for Naked bullets.

this is in 243AI also, so back off for standard 243 by a couple grains.
