All of my Lapua brass allows a 0.0625" drill bit through through the flash hole. I have both Lapua 6.5 CM brass and 308 Lapua Palma Brass of which I removes that carbon deposit from the flash hole with that size bit.

But the Peterson .308 Win Palma brass, the 0.0625 drill bit will not enter the the flash hole and remove the carbon fouling, I must use a 0.059" drill to remove carbon deposits from the flash hole.

This makes your statement that Lapua has the smallest flash hole is one I disagree with.
