Iv got brass that I formed from 6bra, I necked it down and shot it, with no issues, just need to get a new bushing. One I got is two thou lil small but in the zone.

My question is, now I have new brass. Iv necked 50 pieces down and their ready to be loaded for fire forming. I think Iv seen where you fire form with a charge that's like 85% ,less,. give or take a lil from what you would be at max charge.
Like I say, Iv fire formed a many 6bra. And did not have an issue forming my first one's. But like I say, those where 95% ther. Already.

See these new ones, I want to keep the br flash hole where it's at. The first one's had gotten A bit reamed out. I got the right decapping pin now.

Any advice one this I'll look at cuz y'all know what your talking about. Yuv ner failed me yet!

Iv got RL 15.5, ARcomp, an 4350
80g eld ,88eld, and a bunch of 69g Smk , and 55g Hornady VMAX.

With those components, how would you proceed?

Use the 80 eld. I'd like to see those shoot. 28.5 of AR comp should be about right.

Iv not had anything work this good in a long time.
30g , and 30.5 of Imr 4350. It blew up at 31g.
This is a 80g SMK at 100 yard with the Urbanrifleman 22bra. I shot this this morning with already formed brass. I'll now fire form the next 50. With what Urbanrifleman said above and finding some more 80smk should be the ticket.
I'm really, really Glad something turned right. I had bought 50 of the 80 Smk yesterday and loaded a ladder started from 30 all the way to 32.5. so 30 and 30.5 did well. Maybe try 29 and 29.5?

Ladder done with same 80g Smk with RL15.5

I got to see it come in and then go out then back in again. 30g was best. Barrel wasn't even warm really. I had 30.3 loaded up. But humidity is up today so called it on count of rain.
So 30 grain of Imr 4350 and 30g of 15.5 did the job on this bullet. This is interesting because the 15.5 has to liking this 80smk up and over 3100 I'd say. So here's the question., I'd say or bet the Imr would have the wider node?:right?.
Wonder what the difference in speed is between 30g of 4350 vs 15.5?
Any guesses? I'll go out on a limb and say 300fps,.
This is definitely not done project. Yet by far. I got a new stock on the way and match day next weekend. And no bullets.
But this bbl has done things iv never seen. Least Iv never shot this many groups of .1s in one day.
