Well, I think I've decided to go this route, over much debate. Now, the question is, are you seeing any real velocity gain from 28" to 32" barrel length? I know the .223 doesn't really gain from going farther than 28, would the 22BR? It will only be slinging the 90gr VLD's. Will also be trying one of the variations of the "canted rifling" that claim higher MV, better cleaing, potentially longer barrel life etc... Any truth to these claims?
Was thinking mostly Broughton, just because they can do it with a 1-7" .224, shilen only does 1-8" and Kreiger doesn't go below 6 or 6.5mm.
Also, chamber dimensions, I don't want to mess around with all that neck turning s*** , so .254 should be good for a no turn neck, correct? All help appreciated.
Cheers
