Check out the Sierra load data from the 22BR page on this site.

Don't worry about what's in the Sierra manual, let your rifle tell you what's max. Sierra is mostly real conservative and doesn't list VV133 anyhow. Best accuracy in my rifle with that exact combination is at 30.0gr --- mid .2's @ 3940. But Reloder 15 is more accurate in that barrel.
